- Activity time: From Monday, October 5, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. to Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at 12:00 p.m.
- The activity will be held in English, including forms.
- The prizes will be awarded two weeks after activity finishes. We will inform the winners by e-mail (correct and real e-mail address and name are required); Official identification documentation is required to pick up the prize. After the list of winners is published, all winners are required to submit such documentation within a reasonable amount of time; anyone failing to submit or match identification is regarded as having given up the prize, and we will award the prize to the next-best contestant.
- The prizes are not limited to areas where the winners are located.
- During this period, in order to maintain fairness of the game, plug-in programs and any behaviors affecting fairness such as illegal vote are prohibited; once they are claimed and confirmed, we will also directly cancel winner’s position , and the next winner will be positioned in turn without any notification or explanation.
- We reserve the rights to keep, amend and cancel this activity if it failed to proceed for any reasons; we also possess the rights to explain or judge all game-related activities.
- We will not be held responsible for any damages, delays or loss of gifts during postage or delivery. The winner agrees to be responsible for any ignorance or problems with the receipt, utilization or other consequences of every prize or gift execution.
- Participant agrees to let us utilize their personnel profile to send information about the activity, products or internal statistic analysis and etc. in a lawful fashion.
- After the winner’s list is released, we will post a congratulation notice and a receipt confirmation note as well as “Certificate of Prize Receipt” to the winners. Please return the Confirmation Note and a copy of ID documentation to guarantee the winning status. Any winner who is not able to reply and return back the Confirmation Note within ten days after the winner’s list is released will be regarded as having given up all rights to the prize. We will confirm ID documentation with winners who live abroad via e-mail.
